NEW TO ASCEND

  • At ASCEND, we currently offer two different types of workouts; a rhythmic cycling class (SPIN) as well as PILATES REFORMER classes.

    Both types of workouts offer classes tailored to different levels of intensity, from those just beginning their journey to those who seek a challenge.

    Join us in our studio as we grow and ASCEND together!

  • Please come in your workout attire, and bring along your water bottles!

    We also strongly recommend to c me prepared to sweat, fresh towels will be provided at our studio.

    RIDE: Do note that it is compulsory for all riders to wear a pair of socks for hygiene purposes. Shoes will be provided at our front desk when you check in to class with us. If you forgot to bring a pair of socks, we sell socks at the studio as well.

    PILATES REFORMER: Wearing of Grip Socks is COMPULSORY for our Pilates Reformer classes for safety and hygiene reasons. Bring your own Grip Socks or purchase one from our studio.

ASCEND STUDIO AND CLASSES

  • We are located at 1 Orchard Road Singapore 238824 Basement 1 (YMCA Building)

    We are located at Basement 1 of the building. From level 1, take lift 3 or you can take the stairs down to basement 1 from the door marked ASCEND FITNESS. From carpark level 3, take lift 3 down to basement 1.

    01. PARKING

    Parking is available at the YMCA building. Alternatively, if parking spaces are full, you can park at Fort Canning car parks A/B.

  • Community classes are classes led by our newest instructors.

    Regular booking policies apply. Credits will be forfeited if there is no shows and late cancellation.

  • YES! Freshen up after your workout in our showers. Just bring a fresh set of clothes along and everything else will be provided by us.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Our online schedule is released and available for booking every 7 days in advance. You can book into any class up to 30 mins before class start time. If your preferred class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist.

    We also offer PRIVATE RIDE classes to. Write in to us at hello@ascendfitness-sg.com if you would like to organize a private class.

  • The waitlist for classes will be available when the class is fully booked. You will move up the waitlist when other members cancel their spots for the class. If you got a spot through the waitlist, an email will be sent to notify you that you have been booked into class. There is no guarantee that you will be allocated a spot, so do check your account from time to time.

    The waitlist will stop auto-enrolling members 6 hours before the start time of class. If you are on the waitlist, an email will be sent to notify you that a spot if available for booking. You may check the schedule and book into any available slots.

  • Our late cancellation policy is 6 hours before the class start time. If you are unable to make it for class, do remember to cancel the spot at least 6 hours before the class start time to avoid a late cancellation.

  • We require that new members arrive 30 mins prior to the class start time so that you have ample time to check-in, gear up and get set up for class. For all other members, arrive at least 10 mins prior to the class start time to get ready!

  • It is part of our studio policy that all members must check in 5 minutes before the start of class. Thereafter, your spot will be opened up to any potential members on the waitlist and walk-ins.

    The room doors will close at the start time of class. Once the door is closed, no members will be allowed to enter to prevent distraction and disturbance to the rest of the members who are already in class. Your credit will unfortunately be deducted as well.

  • All members who are booked in but did not show up for class will result in their credit forfeited for that class.
